Post Week 4 NFL Conference Standings/Short Slants

After a bye week, I hope you enjoy the return of my Conference NFL Standings/Short Slants as much as I do.

NFC

Giants (4-0, 3-0, 2-0) - If Eli's out, will this team continue to dominate?
Vikings (4-0, 3-0, 2-0) - Brett will be 40 on Saturday, but his arm looks 27.
Saints (4-0, 2-0, 0-0) - If Brees and the defense both play well, look out!

49ers (3-1, 3-1, 3-0) - Your 2009 NFC West Champion 49ers.
Bears (3-1, 2-1, 1-1) - Cutler and Marinelli's defense are looking good.

Falcons (2-1, 1-0, 1-0) - We'll learn a lot about this team this Sunday.
Eagles (2-1, 1-1, 0-0) - If McNabb struggles, Eagles fans will call for Kolb.

Packers (2-2, 2-1, 1-1) - The next few weeks for Green Bay and are vital.
Cowboys (2-2, 2-1, 0-1) - Bad idea: Throw at Champ Bailey twice.
Redskins (2-2, 2-2, 0-1) - Is it just me or does this team feel 0-4, not 2-2?

Cardinals (1-2, 0-1, 0-1) - Not sure which team on which to comment.

Seahawks (1-2, 1-2, 1-1) - Even if Matt can go, this a battered squad.
Lions (1-3, 1-3, 0-2) - If Detroit gets a defense, they'll be a force.

Panthers (0-3, 0-3, 0-1) - Last December, I had them in the Super Bowl.

Bucs (0-4, 0-3, 0-0) - Well, let's usher in the Josh Free...er, Johnson era?
Rams (0-4, 0-4, 0-2) - Sam Bradford will look good in a Rams uniform.

AFC

Broncos (4-0, 3-0, 1-0) - I am utterly shocked by Denver's success.
Colts (4-0, 2-0, 1-0) - Peyton's Peyton, but how about those young WRs?

Jets (3-1, 1-0, 1-0) - What will Braylon bring? Drops or big plays? Both.
Ravens (3-1, 3-1, 1-0) - They're allowing a lot of points, but Flacco's good.
Bengals (3-1, 2-1, 2-0) - Will they, like Cincinnatus, return to anonymity?
Patriots (3-1, 2-1, 1-1) - I can't tell if they're a sleeping giant or not.

Jaguars (2-2, 2-1, 0-1) - I think Jacksonville might be coming around.
Steelers (2-2, 2-1, 0-1) - Will the real champions please stand up?
Chargers (2-2, 2-2, 1-0) - We're witnessing the closing of a big window.
Texans (2-2, 2-2, 1-1) - I'm starting to think this is a playoff team.

Dolphins (1-3, 1-2, 1-0) - With Pennington out, is it Thigpen or Henne?
Raiders (1-3, 1-3, 1-2) - They won one? Against whom? Kansas City? Oh.
Bills (1-3, 1-3, 0-2) - Soon, T.O.-ld Faithful will blow. Don't blink.

Chiefs (0-4, 0-2, 0-1) - After challenging the Ravens in Week 1, well...ow.
Browns (0-4, 0-3, 0-2) - They need to start over; maybe move to Balt...oh.
Titans (0-4, 0-4, 0-2) - Many arrogant players are taking a humility class.
